Answers To Your Questions

How long will my purchase take to arrive?

Well depending whether your purchase was in stock or not will determine the time it takes to arrive to you.
If your item is in stock it usually takes 2-7 working days from date of purchase.  Express Postage is also available at extra cost and should only take 2-3 working days.
When you are ordering a custom size or something is on pre order it will take approx. 8-12 weeks + delivery time to receive your item.  We will keep you up to date with your order and timing for reassurance it is getting to you as soon as possible.

What is your return policy?

I accept cancellations if requested within 12 hours of purchase.  I don't accept returns or exchanges on custom or ready made gowns or sale items, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.  We do offer Returns and Refunds for our bridal accessories, however it must be 30 days after initial purchase and the item must be in its original condition.  I do not accept soiled or damaged items returned and your money will not be refunded if the item is deemed so.  Returns are at your own cost.

What are your shipping costs and do you ship internationally?

We offer National Delivery (within Australia): $14.95 on any sales under $200. Delivery includes tracking, insurance and signature on delivery.  Unfortunately at this stage we do not deliver outside Australia.

Do you have a store front?

At this stage LoveMeKnot Bridal is only an online store, but we are looking at expanding and bringing our valued customers a place where they can see our beautiful pieces in person.

What if my dress needs alterations?

In the case that the gown is a larger size than your own, you can always get it altered by your local bridal seamstress, which is standard practice in the bridal industry for that perfect fit.  This is why we recommend having the dress made to your measurements so there is a slim chance of you needing alterations.

How do I care for my dress?

Having your dress professionally dry cleaned is the best assurance that all stains and oils are removed. If dry cleaning can't be done immediately, be sure to place your gown in a cloth garment bag, not a plastic one, to allow the dress to breathe properly.
